What sorts of jobs can I get with Agoge?
​We're a full service recruitment company... that means that we have jobs on offer across heaps of industries! Forklift work, pick packers, machine operators, labourers, class 2, 4, or 5 truck drivers, couriers, traffic controllers, engineers, welders, painters, administration staff, management roles, and more
​Who can I refer?
Your friend must be eligible to work in New Zealand and be over 16 years old for full time work. 
How do I get the Money?
After your friend has been working reliability (yeah they need to turn up to work) at Agoge or our client for a month, we will give you $50 into your bank account or a voucher of your choice. (We want you to be the best version of yourself, so we wont provide vouchers for some items like liquor outlets or gambling.)
How long does the referral last?
All candidates must have commenced work within three months of receiving the referral and a referral only applies if the candidate hasn't already applied for work with us directly in the last 4 weeks. 
Who is the available to?
Refer a Friend is only available to New Zealand Residents, who are current or previous employees of Agoge, or are employees or contractors for our clients. Not open to the general public. If you would like to discuss providing referrals please contact our local Team Leaders.
