Photography Policy
The Employee agrees that on a manager or staff member from Agoge taking their photograph, they give permission for this image to be used according to this Photography Policy and published on Agoge’s social media networks, website, and/or any other promotional/advertising media. Intended use of photographyAny photographs taken will be used only to promote Agoge. Photographs will remain property of Agoge, and will be stored for use indefinitely. They will not be released to any other organisation or individual for use without prior permission from Agoge Head Office. Uses of the photographs on media identified by Agoge for future publicity and promotional purposes includes (but not restricted to), media whether that is printed or digital including: websites, social media, newsletters, leaflets, posters, billboards, proposals, conference and professional presentations. Identification of individuals When the photograph is used, Agoge may identify the pictured employee by first name only. When published on social networks, Agoge shall not ‘tag’ the employee; however, the pictured employee and other individuals/parties are permitted to do so. Removal of photo from libraryIf the Employee wishes for the photograph to be removed from any media, and Agoge’s future photo library, they must apply in writing to [email protected] or PO Box 10078, Te Rapa, Hamilton. version 1.0 |
