Why are WE Joining?Agoge and Nexus have been working in partnership for in various regions since 2019 and are very well known businesses to each other! Andrew (Founder of Agoge) and Brendon (Founder of Nexus) have also worked together at Agoge for 10+ years.
Agoge currently has operations in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Christchurch and Nexus has operations in Auckland, Tauranga, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch. The merger will particularly strengthen our teams in Auckland and Christchurch. Finally, with a tough economy and challenging labour market conditions the merge offers an opportunity for us to be a larger company that will allow us enhance our systems and set us up for growth. |

What is happening to the brands?
The business is progressively merging in Nexus Agoge Recruitment Limited from mid October 2024.
We will continue to trade with both the Nexus and Agoge brands and review this in due course.
Will I still have the same account manager?
Yes, all of our core team of account managers and support staff are moving to the merged company. You will still have the same contacts and they will have the same phone numbers and email addresses.
What does it mean for the clients?
There is no change for our clients at this stage.
What does it mean for the suppliers?
We will be in touch over the coming months as we rationalise our supplier lists.
