Community Facilitators are an essential part of our team. They provide in-home care to our clients, providing support to enable them to live as independently, and healthily, as possible.

As our Community Facilitator, your job has a broad reach so you’ll need to love variety, but most importantly you need to be a person who loves to care for people. You are empathetic, patient, a great listener and communicator, and genuinely care about improving the wellbeing of others.
