Job Description

Through the pending Winter months, we will be looking for a number of strong, committed, and experienced Voice Pickers to join our client based in Hillsborough. If you would like to be considered, check out the details below and register your interest today!

In your new role, you will use voice direction and speech recognition through the use of a headset to collect product and stack on a pallet ready for distribution.

The work requires a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to work with speed while still maintaining accuracy. Your success will be monitored throughout your shift to ensure you are meeting your appropriate targets.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a valid OSH or Forklift license
  • Be physically fit and able to lift boxes over 20kg for an 8-10hr shift
  • Be willing to work the night shift on an on-going basis
  • Be able to provide at least 2 work-related references from your 2 most recent jobs
  • Be available for Full-time work ideally with an immediate start
  • Have previous recent experience in voice picking or warehousing
  • No recent criminal convictions, or any major convictions ever
    Able to pass a drug test
  • Reliable transport + Full or restricted license at a minimum
