Our client is a well known gas refill company. They are looking for a friendly, polite and professional administrator to join their team based in Wiri.

    Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service, both face to face & over phone and email
  • Managing and processing customer queries through various systems
  • General administration and data entry
  • Accounts support

    To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service or admin support role
  • Great and clear communicator
  • Able to priorities workload and multitask
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Professional and presentable
  • Excellent computer skills particularly with MS Office
