    You'll be responsible for:
  • Leading our national account, working with one of the biggest brands in the country
  • Identify new business opportunities which drive revenue whilst managing existing business relationships
  • Ensuring our actions are safe and healthful, whilst delivering promises for our clients, onsite staff and our business
  • Delight our customers through collaboration, compelling communication and building strong relationships
  • Forecast, plan, report and analyse account performance to achieve business targets
  • Help shape and focus our business strategy for our clients
  • Make an impact through outstanding support and account management
  • Working alongside our fun, experienced and diverse team to accomplish ambitious outcomes for the business

  • Professional and personable - you'll be representing our Brand, supporting our clients and on-site jobseekers to develop their careers
  • Experience in a similar Key Account Manager role is essential to apply - ideally with National Account exposure
  • Target driven and high achiever, but never loses their human touch
  • Driven, tenacious and resilient to achieve the right outcomes
  • Analytical with a great sales aptitude and proven results
  • Inquisitive and excited by new opportunities to problem solve - you'll be excited by the opportunity to rapidly experiment new ways of working with your accounts, always seeking feedback  and activating prompt reAction reviews to identify the root cause of issues
  • Previous experience in recruitment, tender process, HR and payroll
  • Compelling communicator who tailors their message based on their audience and isn't afraid to have difficult but respectful conversations
  • Own and drive your own development , relationship building and professional learning, to be a high performing team member
