To support our growth, we're looking for someone with the WOW factor, and, talent to inspire and engage our audience. Can you meet the standard we're looking for….
  • Understanding our target audiences and using communication strategies to activate them
  • Helping us grow our brand through compelling and creative communication
  • Using your dynamic creativity and engaging content to attract jobseekers to come onboard with us, and clients to work with us
  • Write topical content for blogs and social media
  • Deliver creative, experimental and ambitious content to keep audience engaged and increase brand awareness 

    You don't need a tertiary Marketing qualification - we value work experience just as much - but there's a few standard bits we'd need you to have to hit the ground running:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Marketing role
  • An endless love for writing and generating purposeful content
  • Experience in digital advertising, including Google AdWords, website / blog content, and social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. 
  • Comfortable dealing with some process/ admin driven tasks, aswell as all the fun creative stuff
  • Experience working with the Adobe Suite would be highly advantageous
  • You will need to love taking ownership of your deliverables and be a confident decision-maker
  • Experience managing outsourced agencies would also be advantageous
  • A love for diving into data, measuring your campaigns and spotting new opportunities
