The role
Finding great people for our clients is a critical part of the recruitment service… and in today's world includes much more than online jobs boards! This position will include creative content generation, candidate attraction campaigns, and require innovative problem solving when you just can't quite find the ideal applicant. 

  • Deliver job advertising strategies that bring great applicants through our doors
  • Build our employer brand through awareness focused campaigns
  • Manage all sourcing channels including our jobs board advertising, social media, digital marketing, and any other channels you utilise to find job seekers
  • Ownership of content creation  and campaign development, to attract the right jobseekers for our clients
  • Managing our social media agency to ensure brand alignment and identity through any content we outsource

    What we're looking for
    You'll manage and be responsible for attracting job seekers for all of our positions for our branches across New Zealand. 
    To be successful as Recruitment Marketer/Sourcing Specialist, you'll:
  • Have either a background in marketing or recruitment sourcing
  • Experience with the Adobe suite or strong Graphic Design skills would be desirable but not essential to apply
  • Understand how to target and creatively communicate with specific audiences
  • Love writing… a large part of this role will involve content generation for our job adverts, blogs and social media
  • Have fantastic attention to and eye for detail - this is really important!
  • Not be easily defeated… some roles are hard to source for and you'll be committed to thinking outside the square to find a great job seeker
  • Be a productive worker, that takes action… but can have fun in a caring and humourous workplace!

    This is a full-time position permanent position and our team is set up for remote working, so whilst you will need to be in the office at times, we are totally open to flexible working arrangements too!
