Are you a whizz with word? An expert at Excel? A powerful planner? Then we need you!

Our client needs a super organised Administrator to join their team in Waikeria. This assignment will start part time up to 20 hours per week, but as the site they are building develops, you will move to a full time contract.

The role:
  • Direct report to the site foreman
  • Helping with anything and everything from compliance, to human resources, health, and safety, paperwork filing, 
  • 7am – 4pm
  • $20 - $25 pending exp.

    The successful candidate should be/have:
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organised and proactive
  • Experience in previous admin type roles is advantageous
  • Clean MOJ and Drug Test
  • Understanding of CRM, HR, Health and Safety, and compliance
  • Ability to work with a team and individually
  • Flexible to start work from 15-20 hours a week and then increase to up 40 hours as the site is established
