Experienced Procurement Officers.....We have an exciting Our well known client is looking for you to join their high performing team in Rukuhia!

You'll be responsible for:

Establishing robust systems and procedures to drive efficiency and reduce waste

Coordinating activities to maintain stock of spare parts and consumable products

General stock control

Stakeholder and vendor relationship management

Data entry and record maintenance relating to stock

Overseas purchasing and shipment handling/customs

Progress, budget and KPI reporting as required

Identify compliant suppliers who have value and strategy alignment

Monitor and pursue pricing in line with cost analysis

Establishing and maintaining an ERP system

Scheduling of work

Our ideal candidate will have or be:

Excellent computer literacy including the Microsoft Suite

Outstanding negotiation skills

Able to work with multiple stakeholders, seamlessly managing varied priorities and demands

Critical attention to detail

Personable and friendly customer service

Ability to multi-task

A high degree of problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent time management

Basic financial understanding

Experience managing 1,000+ SKUs

KPI / target driven

Mandatory requirements to apply:

ERP experience (preferably SAP)

MRP experience

Pricing negotiation

Forklift License
