Job Description

We have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced 2IC to help grow and shape a newly formed team in a new call center.

Our client works in the financial services sector with customers in the UK and China snd need a 2IC to provide top quality customer service to this customer base!

This is a role where you'll have lots of influence and will be perfect forr someone who is experienced in a similar role or looking to step up into a more managerial role. Not only wil you get chance to support leading the team and inspire them to do great work, but you'll also be helping build this brand new business in New Zealand!

    Key responsibilities:
  • Support leading your team to deliver top quality customer service
  • Support junior members of the team to achieve and support customer queries through inbound and outbound calls
  • Lead by example to motivate and empower your team to take the right actions for the customer
  • Support your team organise and prioritise workloads to achieve together
  • Managing customer queries using multiple computer systems - you will need to be computer literate, however training of specific systems will be provided
  • Act as point of escalation to help your team navigate complex situations effectively

    What we are looking for:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in a similar role or evidence you are ready to step up
  • Previous experience working in the financial sector would be beneficial
  • Have a 'get it right first time' approach to problem solving
  • Adapt to situations as they arise, listen, and provide effective solutions for your team and customers.
