We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our internal team.

    As our Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading our national accounts, with some of the biggest brands in the country
  • Drive performance and sales revenue whilst ensuring our actions are safe and healthful to our customers, onsite staff and our business
  • Delight our customers by build strong relationships with them through compelling communication, honoring commitments to them and collaborating effectively
  • Maintain existing relationships, whilst also identifying growth opportunities in new or existing industries
  • Forecast, plan, report and analyse account performance in order to achieve business targets and KPI's
  • Provide outstanding support and account management to make an impact for our customers
  • Rapidly experimenting new ways of working with your accounts, always seeking feedback  and activating prompt reAction reviews to identify the root cause of issues
  • Working alongside our fun, experienced and diverse team to accomplish ambitious outcomes for the business

  • Experience in a similar Key Account Manger role is essential to apply
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in recruitment, tender process and payroll

  • Driven, tenacious and resilient to achieve the right outcomes
  • Great sales aptitude and proven results
