The role:

    Your key responsibilities in this role:
  • Gather, understand and document business requirements
  • Understand and communicate the importance of customer journey
  • Develop and contribute to the development of business processes, apply design thinking
  • Create and implement tools such as critical paths and relationship maps
  • Identify, capture and analyze relevant information to inform business requirements
  • Undertake and report on projects which support business objectives
  • Carry out Impact Assessments
  • Plan and facilitate workshops
  • Manage and build both internal and external relationships with stakeholders

    The experience and skills you'll need to apply:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a large organization
  • Experience planning and facilitating workshops
  • Experience working with a wide range of subject matter experts and obtaining relevant requirements to drive progress
  • Stakeholder management and building long lasting, trusting working relationships
  • Draws on Maori knowledge to enrich work
  • Interpret and communicate complex information to audiences at all levels
  • High degree of initiative and keen to do the right thing
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Proven experience using tools such as journey/process mapping and user research
  • Excellent analytical, system thinking and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable making judgement based decisions
