Job Description

Our client is a well known food production company based in East Tamaki and have roles available for experienced machine operators to join their crew. You'll need experience working in a food production environment and have red line experience. Hygiene and health and safety are critical for this role!


You'll be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating the machines to ensure top quality products are produced
  • Fixing issues if they arise, or excalating if you are unable to solve
  • Inspecting, testing and maintaining the machines, and providing repairs when needed
  • Providing quality control of the products and ensure defective units are recorded
  • Helping with operational tasks including food prep, handling and mixing
  • Document and record data

    What we need from you:
  • Previous experience in a food environment and red line experience
  • Prevcious experience as a machine operator (minimum 1 year experience)
  • H&S and hygiene conscious
  • High level of attention to detail to QA the products
  • A curious mind to offer ideas on how processes can be continuously improved
  • Strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team
