Our client is based in Takanini and provide home owners around the world with a quality roofing product, by using the very best New Zealand raw materials in our production. Role responsibilities:
  • Accountability - You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the inwards goods process and stock, as well as working in exports to NZ and the rest of the world
  • Ownership - highlighting issues, investigating issues which arise and offering solutions
  • Time management - ensure stock is placed, and your time is used efficiently
  • Accuracy - all orders must be picked and processed and loaded perfectly!
  • Computer and documentation skills - data entry is required and completion of shipping documents and receipts
  • Colleague skills - work collaboratively with Team Leaders and Managers to deliver a world class service, provide support to warehouse projects
  • Pro-activeness - Stock and inventory is always at consistent levels - no shortfall in demands
  • Customer Service - Be aware you are the face of the company when dealing with customers and deal with them with professionalism and consideration
  • Secure and safe - ensure the security level at the warehouse is at the maximum, and you are an are a shining star of how Health and Safety should be conducted

    Key experience you will need:
  • Experience – 3 to 5 years plus Warehousing experience
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Minimum of 3 yrs in supervisory assistant roles
  • Forkhoist licence
  • Reach truck licence
  • People management skills
  • Strong planning and organising skills
