Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned HR Advisor professional that is able to take over from the existing person in this role.

About the role:

  • This role is a PART time role, working 4hrs per day from Monday to Friday with flexibility on start and finish times.
  • This will be a fixed term contract for 12 months (until August 2020)

    The type of person we are looking for:

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with people quickly
  • Used to a very hands-on and admin based role in a small team
  • Strong understanding of collective agreements
  • Worked with project-based roles
  • Worked within the Health sector a bonus!
  • Heavily admin focused
  • At least 5yrs HR experience

    The type of work required:

  • Employment relations
  • Confidence in dealing with unions
  • Coordinating events
  • Coaching and advising on HR matters
  • Managing Contracts & Letters
