Job Description

Our client is a leading provider to the energy industry both residential & commercial. They now have a need in their Auckland branch for a Scheduler/Dispatcher to join the team managing runs for drivers in the Auckland region.

A little about the role:

Orders are received through their contact centre & then uploaded to the scheduling system where they will be received by you to allocate to drivers. Good geographical knowledge of Auckland is required to ensure customers are serviced in a timely manner & efficiently. There will be communication between yourself, the drivers, contact centre & customer. This role will be reporting to the National Logistics Manager based in Christchurch however with dotted lines to the Operations team in Auckland.

You will have:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literacy with experience with scheduling
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Ability to multitask

    A competitive hourly rate is on offer along with a great working environment that puts on team breakfasts and an emphasis on looking after the team.

    Hours will be Monday – Friday, 7.30-4.30pm.

    The role starts ASAP and could become permanent should a full time opportunity arise.
