Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a well-organised, motivated Administrator to join our team based in Manukau, located in one of New Zealand's leading distribution centres.

As part of our team, you are responsible for assisting our support office with their weekly processing of payroll and accounts administration for 150 staff.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Compile payroll data and process wages using Pay Global
  • Administration filing
  • Responding to staff payroll queries in a timely fashion
  • General administration duties

    To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable processes
  • Strong administrations and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


    This is a 6 month fixed term contract with full time hours from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday – Friday. In return for your efforts we will reward you with a competitive salary. The ideal candidate would be a quick learner, wanting to be a part of a fast-paced and friendly team. Training will be provided but Payroll and Accounts experience is essential.
