Job Description

A brand new factory in the south of Hamilton is looking for an experienced dispatch co-ordinator to join their team.

About the role:
  • Monday to Friday day shift
  • Pay rate: $24+ per hour pending experience
  • Using SAP systems.
  • Scheduling and co-ordinating all deliveries out of the Hamilton dispatch branch
  • Tracking invoicing, inwards and outwards goods, raising PO numbers, managing load utilisation, completing reports and managing phone calls.
  • Perm position

    What you need to be or have:
  • Experience with CHEP movement
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Drive to improve process and efficiency
  • Great communication skills.
