Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service person for our client based in their Avondale branch, reporting directly to the Branch Manager.
The main purpose of the role is to provide sales support to all the customers that come to the Avondale branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming branch phone calls
- Responding to customer queries
- Administration/office support
- Inwards/outwards goods
- Provide customers with sales support/service
- Invoicing customers
- Receipting and processing credits
Personal attributes: - Good MS Office skills
- Full NZ drivers licence
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player and reliable
- Able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test
