Job Description

Our client is a family orientated glass production company who are based out in Cambridge.

They are on the hunt for people who want to make an impact and develop a career - we aren't looking for people with specific experience, just those who are FIT and STRONG and have a great attitude.

The awesome news is that you can cancel your gym membership! This role will be very physical and not for the faint hearted - you will be on your feet all day and lifting extremely heavy materials around the warehouse.

For you:

  • $23 pending experience

  • Immediate start for day shifts (6am - 3pm OR 7am - 5pm)
  • Full time, ongoing hours

    Key tasks:

  • You will be responsible for working in a busy factory creating high-quality products
  • Organise production line and overseeing machinery 
  • Ensure production requirements and timeframes are met, including doing quality assurance
  • Making adjustments to the production line

    Here's a little more about what we're looking for:

  • Driven and motivated to learn and get stuck in!
  • Physically fit (ability to lift 25kgs for up to 10 hour shifts!)
  • Switched on (problem-solving skills, attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy)
  • Experience operating hand tools would be beneficial
  • Mechanically minded and a proactive problem solver
  • Strong sense of Health & Safety
