Job Description

We need reliable Voice Pickers to join one of the biggest distribution centers in Favona! No experience is needed which we think is pretty cool as it allows us to consider loads of diverse people from all types of industries!

We have 2 shift types on offer with the following hours:
  • 5am - 3.30pm (Friday to Monday - 4 x 10hr shifts)
  • 1.30pm - 12.00am (Wednesday to Saturday)

    The role:

  • Driving a pallet-carrier machine (full training given)
  • Voice picking products from the warehouse
  • Achieving targets – pick rates, accuracy, attendance
  • You must be able to handle all meat products including pork

    To be successful you will need:

  • MUST be physically strong and have alot of stamina to be lifting heavy loads THROUGHOUT the shift
  • Reliable transport with Full or Restricted Licence
  • Available to work x6 days a week
  • Excellent punctuality & attendance
  • Previous warehousing experience or forklift license would be a bonus
  • Pass pre-employment checks including drug testing & criminal history
