Are you an administration whiz with a knack for numbers?

Our client are an innovative family run business that have been operating for over 70 years! They are specialists in heavy transport engineering - servicing, manufacturing and repairing trailer and truck decks for the New Zealand transport industry.

This company are super health and safety focused and pride themselves on the fantastic work culture that they provide for their team.

They need a confident and details focused Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Horotiu in Hamilton. We need someone for an immediate start so the sooner you are available the better!

Tasks and responsibilities

  • General administration duties
  • Loading and reconciling purchase orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Work alongside the company accountant
  • Working with the workshop team to make sure finance and account demands are met

    We are keen to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

  • 3-5 years accounting experience
  • ERP systems experience
  • Process Driven and methodical worker
  • Relentless attention to detail

    Hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm.
