Job Description

Harcourts is an award-winning real-estate brand with a national footprint, and we need a motivated, organised and proactive Administrator to support our day to day branch activities.

    You'll be responsible for:

  • Reception duties - answer and direct telephone queries, greet customers who visit the branch, maintain efficient email management
  • Administration tasks - prepare and complete documentation for the Sales Agents, filing and audit management, prepare weekly and end-of-month reports, provide prompt, professional and accurate correspondence
  • General housekeeping - keep our office supplies replenished, update sales displays, ensure the office is well presented at all times
  • Supporting the team - assisting with any general duties the Sales Agents require in order to achieve together as a team

    You'll need these to apply:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly advantageous but not required – the right attitude is most important
  • Proactive approach to everyday tasks
  • Able to priorities and organise workloads efficiently
  • Professional manner and smartly dressed everyday
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate and a high level of typing accuracy
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Thrive working in a fast paced environment
  • Customer focused and personable
